    Years ago as a CTO, I watched the big marketing automation names raise prices year after year while barely innovating. They knew exactly what they were doing. Spreeflo is not a platform to use for cold email outreach. In fact, we discourage and actively monitor usage on our platform to spot anyone misusing Spreeflo for this purpose. This is because Spreeflo's primary use case is lifecycle marketing, i.e. marketing to an audience of contacts that have opted in to be marketed. Cold email outreach typically have a much higher bounce rate and negatively impacts their email service provider which consequently affects all other users who are using the same IPs for sending those emails. We take protecting Spreeflo's email deliverability very seriously. In fact, if someone was sending emails and hitting exceedingly high bounce or complaint rates, our platform will put their account under review and halt all email sends. This is one of the many mechanisms in Spreeflo for maintaining high email deliverability for our customers.

    This update is for founders who think about lifecycle marketing as they are building product. In-app forms to acquire customers as they land on your app. Web tracking to measure their purchase intent in real time. Popups or browser notifications for converting a customer right after their 'aha' moment or moment of activation.

    Lifecycle marketing is not an afterthought. It's as important to conversion, retention, and growing customer lifetime value as building engineering features. These should be built hand in hand together.

    Mapped out a quick funnel from landing page to checkout in under ten minutes, really liked how the steps stayed connected instead of feeling like separate blocks. Wish the pricing tiers were clearer upfront though.
